At Xena, our mission is to provide the best group voice party platform created by our growing community where creators and communities can interact safely. To achieve this goal, we ask that all users participate in such a way that promotes a friendly, positive experience for our global community.
To protect the integrity of our community, as the provider of the service, we at Xena reserve the right to suspend any account at any time for any conduct that we determine to be inappropriate or harmful. You are free to appeal your suspension, but we are not required to provide a reason for our decision.
In addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, we provide the following guidelines for all user conduct and content on our services. By using Xena, you agree to these guidelines, which are incorporated into and form part of Xena's Terms of Service. These guidelines fall under a common sense philosophy and apply to all image content, audio content, messages, profile, usernames, and any other activity on our services. Violating our community guidelines may lead to the suspension of your account and access to our services, as well as the removal of any associated content. This is considered a living document that we regularly update based on the evolution of the Xena platform and service.
Conduct
Breaking the Law
You must respect all applicable local, national, and international laws while using our services. Any content or activity featuring, encouraging, or soliciting illegal activity is prohibited.
Suspension Evasion
All suspensions are binding until expiration or removal upon appeal. Any attempt to circumvent a site-wide, platform, or chat suspension by using other accounts will also result in suspension. Suspension evasion will not only increase the length of suspension, but may lead to an indefinite suspension.
Personal Safety
Any activity that may endanger your life or lead to your physical harm is prohibited. These prohibited activities include but are not limited to the use of drugs, alcohol, weapons, or any other dangerous products; engaging or supporting terrorism, money laundering, organized crimes, or any activities threatening public's safety; extremism; endangering minors' safety, including grooming, exploitation, abuse, or assault; self-harm, suicide, or any act that may cause harm to oneself or others; violence, harm, reckless behavior, vandalism or other dangerous activities.
Targeted Harassment, Threats, and Violence Against Others
Harassment, defamation, intimidation, raiding with malicious intent, or stalking of other persons or users, including Xena Team, Xena Group or any Xena’s official accounts, is strictly prohibited. The following are considered zero-tolerance harassment violations, and all accounts associated with such activity will receive an immediate indefinite suspension:
Attempting or threatening to harm or kill another person.
Brandishing lethal or harmful weapons, such as guns, knives, or explosives.
Unauthorized Sharing of Private Information
Do not invade the privacy of others. It is prohibited to share content that may reveal private personal information about individuals, or their private residence, without permission. This includes but is not limited to:
Sharing personally identifiable information (such as real name, location, or ID).
Sharing restricted or protected social profiles or any information from those profiles.
Broadcasting content obtained from filming or streaming in a manner that invades another’s privacy and/or takes place on private property, without permission.
Hate Speech and Other Harassment
Any content or activity that facilitates, promotes, or encourages discrimination, harassment, or violence based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or nationality is prohibited.
Impersonation
Content or activity meant to impersonate an individual or organization is prohibited. Any attempts to misrepresent yourself as a member of Xena Team, or Admin is a zero-tolerance violation and will result in immediate indefinite suspension.
Scams
At Xena, we take the safety and integrity of our community seriously. We do not allow attempts to defraud or scam members of our community. Users with repeated violations may have their accounts banned.
1.What are online scams?
Online scams are fraudulent or deceitful acts that take place over the internet. These scams typically include the exploitation of others for some form of monetary gain but may also involve a scammer trying to obtain an individual’s personal information. This includes ID numbers, account login details, addresses, dates of birth, email addresses, phone numbers, and passwords.
2. Common scams may include:
Pretending to be Xena staff offering help;
Someone messaging you from a fake account pretending to be your friend;
Fake “partners” asking for your login info, phone number, or other private details；and so on.
3.Need Help?
If you suspect someone accessed your account or noticed anything suspicious, report it right away via online customer service . Your report helps keep the community safe and stops scams before they spread.
4.How do I keep my account secure?
Be cautious of anyone claiming to be Xena staff or support.
Xena will never ask for your password in a DM or email.
Don’t click on unknown links or open suspicious files.
Avoid sharing your personal info (like your phone number, bank details, passwords, or ID) with strangers or unverified contacts.
Spam and Other Malicious Conduct
Any content or activity that disrupts, interrupts, harms, or otherwise violates the integrity of Xena services or another user's experience or devices is prohibited. Such activity includes:
Posting large amounts of repetitive, unwanted messages or user reports
Distributing unauthorized advertisements
Phishing
Spreading malware or viruses
Tampering (such as artificially inflating follow)
Selling or sharing user accounts
Reselling Xena services or features (such as Xena Xcoin or Xena VIP).
Pornography and Other Sexually Explicit Conduct
We prohibit any sexual suggestions or explicit content that may make users feel uncomfortable, objectified, or threatened. Any content or behavior involving pornography, sexual activity, or adult services is prohibited. This also includes any sexually related or pornographic material, including but not limited to explicit language, gestures, and emojis. Additionally, offering sexual services or any form of sexual interaction within Xena is unacceptable. Such behavior will result in immediate account deletion and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Child Endangerment
We prohibit any content related to minors, particularly harmful behavior towards minors. Any such behavior will result in immediate account deletion and may be reported to the relevant authorities. These behaviors include, but are not limited to:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting the sexual abuse of minors (for example, content that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual abuse of children or portrays children in a manner that may lead to the sexual exploitation of minors). We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material.
Inappropriate interaction targeted at a child (for example, groping or caressing).
Child grooming (for example, befriending a child online to facilitate, either online or offline, sexual contact and/or exchanging sexual imagery with that child).
Sexualization of a minor (for example, imagery that depicts, encourages or promotes the sexual abuse of children or the portrayal of children in a manner that could result in the sexual exploitation of children).
Sextortion (for example, threatening or blackmailing a child by using real or alleged access to a child’s intimate images).
Trafficking of a child (for example, advertising or solicitation of a child for commercial sexual exploitation).
Inappropriate Behavior and Attire
Nudity and conduct involving overtly sexual behavior and/or attire are prohibited.
Extreme Violence, Gore, and Other Obscene Conduct
Content that exclusively focuses on extreme or gratuitous gore and violence is prohibited.
Intellectual Property Infringement
Uploading any content that you do not have the rights to, or are otherwise not authorized to use, violates our Terms of Service and may make your account liable to DMCA takedowns by third-party rights holders. We do not tolerate, for example: rebroadcasting other Xena broadcasters’ content, showing third-party movies and television shows, rebroadcasting a sports match, playing on unauthorized private servers, or uploading content from other sites without permission of the copyright owner.
