Yes. A Xena account is required to enter voice chat rooms, save your profile and preferences, manage privacy settings, and access your room history. Follow the on-screen instructions when opening Xena for the first time.

Open the Chat Rooms section and browse rooms by topic, language, activity, or community. Room names and descriptions can help you find conversations about music, gaming, culture, entertainment, and other shared interests.

Select a room to enter, then tap an available microphone position or request permission to speak. Some rooms allow immediate participation, while others require approval from the room host or moderator.

Open your profile and select My Room to access your room. From the room settings, you can update its name, topic, microphone layout, and available participation controls. Some options may depend on account eligibility.

Game rooms combine group voice chat with supported in-room games, allowing participants to talk and play together in the same space. Available games and access requirements may change as Xena introduces new room activities.

Go to Profile, select My Room, and open Room Settings. Choose Microphone Count to view the layouts currently available to your account. The number and type of microphone positions may vary by account and room status.

Open your profile and select Edit Profile to review the details you can update directly. If a name or profile photo cannot be changed, contact Xena Support and include your Xena ID with a clear description of the requested update.

Contact Xena Support with your Xena ID and explain which sign-in method or phone number you want to update. Additional verification may be required to protect the account from unauthorized changes.

These account details may require identity verification. Contact Xena Support and follow the secure instructions provided by the support team. Do not share identity documents in public rooms or with other users.

Contact Xena Support from another accessible account and provide the Xena ID of the account you want to recover. Recovery eligibility depends on the account history and the results of Xena’s security verification.

Open Settings and review the available account management options. If the deletion option is unavailable because of your current account status, contact Xena Support for guidance before submitting a deletion request.

Xena combines community rules, moderation processes, room management tools, and user controls. You can leave a room, mute another participant, block an account, or submit a report whenever an interaction makes you uncomfortable.

Open the user’s profile or participant menu and select the relevant mute or block option. Muting stops the user’s audio in your current experience, while blocking limits future interaction between the two accounts.

In a private chat, open the three-dot menu and select Report. For a profile, open the user’s profile and use the same menu. In a voice room, open the room information panel and select the reporting option. Add accurate details or supporting evidence when available.

When you attempt to access a restricted account, Xena displays information about the restriction and its duration when available. If you need further clarification, contact Xena Support with your Xena ID.

You can review Xena’s Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service through the official website or the relevant sections inside the app. These resources explain expected conduct, account responsibilities, and how personal information is handled.

Restart the app and your device, check your internet connection, and confirm that Xena is updated. Android users can also clear the app cache. If the issue continues, reinstall Xena from an official download source.

Check that Xena has permission to use your microphone, confirm that your device is not muted, and disconnect any unused Bluetooth audio devices. Leave and re-enter the room after changing the settings.

Check your connection, confirm that Xena can access your photos, and try a standard image format with a reasonable file size. If the upload still fails, contact Xena Support and include your Xena ID and a screenshot of the issue.

A single device can currently be used to create up to five Xena accounts. If the device has reached this limit, another account cannot be created from the same device.

Record a short screen video showing the issue and your Xena ID. Then open Settings, select About, and upload the app log if the option is available. Send these details to Xena Support so the technical team can investigate.
